Wedding invitations -  are about to go out...depending on the performance of Royal Mail they will be with you soon!! Please make sure you get the reply cards back to us by 5th January 2010 as we need to know the numbers.

Week running up to wedding - in the days running up to the wedding we will be around Melbourne. We will probably be planning to catch up with some people during that week in Melbourne for a night out and possibly show you some of our favourite places in the city. We will let you know.

Weekend of the wedding - the wedding is obviously on the Friday. We will be staying near the venue in the Yarra Valley on the Friday and Saturday nights & we would love to catch up with wedding guests on the day after the wedding. Plans in the pipeline for those hanging around on Saturday include:

• Trip to Healesville wildlife sanctuary
• Barbeque/drinks in the evening

IMPORTANT STUFF -

Just let you know......

• The wedding ceremony starts at 4pm so arrive at Stones at least 10-15 mins early (before Janelle!!)
• The venue is at least an hour by car from the city so aim to get to the Yarra Valley in the early afternoon if you can
• Transport is scarce in the valley so make sure you book a pick up from the venue for 11pm when the party has to finish.
• That weekend is the labour day weekend so book accommodation in the Yarra Valley early to avoid disappointment.
• Don't forget to sort your tourist visa out before you leave.
